Went for dinner with NBL and Lynn last evening at the Ion foodcourt… They named it Food Opera.. Nice name ya?? It looks nice.. With those chandelier lightings.. Like very grand..
But the food not that cheap.. Lynn and I ordered Hokkien Mee… Cost us $5.50 per plate. Yet, it’s not tasty, don’t have any other ingredients also. Only gave us 2 prawns, yellow mee, bee hoon(thin) and eggs.. That’s all!! &#*#*#&#…
Even those hawker centers one are tastier and better too (@ least got some sotong, fishcakes, slices of meat etc)… NBL had Chicken Biryani that cost $9!! Gosh…
Not satisfied with the dinner we had, we went to this small cosy Japanese fast food stall (it’s not really a restuarant cos it only has a few small tables behind the counter.. Think it’s the 1st outlet @ the Ion Orchard… What’s that leh? R Burger (meaning Revolution Burger)
Below pics kop from Lynn.. Wahahah..
I had the Chicken Teriyaki burger.. I love the bun. It’s different from those traditional types found in normal fast food.. Theirs is white steamed bun made of flour and marine collagen. The buns are really soft… From what I read from internet, it’s a healthier choice of fast food…
Yes, it’s nice!! Yummy… Erm.. They don’t really have a lot of different choices of burgers but some of those they have are not that ‘common’ one… Eg Salmon burger, Avocado and Cheese Burger, Tofu burger, Chicken (got 2 flavours i.e Teriyaki and Ume) etc…
(Extracted from internet :
Collagen is the structural protein that holds the skin together. It helps to stimulate collagen production. It also encourages skin renewal, minimises muscle contractions, reduces the appearance of deep wrinkles and fine lines, provides long term improvement for the skin. )
Hee… Will definitely go back for more… Hohoho… Thumbs up!!!
